It all started when I was a little kid. I have always been very empathic, trying to take care of everyone around me, especially my sister. I come from Brazil, a country where people are very connected to the Earth, my ancestors came from that land and they were also European immigrants; a lineage of healers and spiritual people.

I’ve always been someone who could feel too much and could also pick up on other people’s energy; when you are a kid you don’t really know how to identify those feelings and don’t even know what you really feel.

The most important thing for me was to learn how to connect with myself. When some difficulties happened in my life I was forced to look at myself and started searching for what all of that was trying to tell me. That’s when I went deep into meditation, sound bath, fasting, yoga, or any form of activity that could help me reconnect with my inner child, and give her the love she was asking for. I had to learn how to set boundaries so I could protect this little girl that was inside of me from pleasing everyone else and hurting her. Once I started saying “no” to other people’s needs, it was a way to say “yes” to my relationship with myself.

I believe we are not scared of our darkness. We are really scared of our light, and to find out our true potential, because until we are not aware of this, it’s easier not to do anything about it.

It is time to regain our power and follow our soul’s purpose on this planet. When we are being creative, we are in full alignment with source energy. It is when we put our rational analytical mind to the side and let our heart be our guide that energy can express itself through us.

I have always wanted to help people but I couldn’t do it until I started taking control of my own life and helping my own self. The way I found my connection with Source, to express my creativity, was through crystal alchemy singing bowls. The tones produced by crystal bowls are not just heard by the ear, you feel them in your body, with certain tones affecting your energy centers (chakras) for healing, balancing, and meditation.

I have been going to sound baths for a long time, but it wasn't until I had the opportunity to play it, that I really felt that connection and calling to share it with others.

It feels very intuitive when I play the crystal singing bowls like I have done it before and my body knows exactly what bowl to play at what time. It doesn't feel like I am the one playing it but I am being guided to play the tone that calls for me. I go into a meditative state, more like a trance, and when I am partially here, and in connection with a higher more pure energy, it fulfills my heart. Many times it brings tears to my eyes when I play for a group of people.

There is this invisible web that connects all of us when we come together as a group to elevate our consciousness and help each other through any activity. By coming together to meditate with the frequencies of those bowls, I have seen people having the most extraordinary experiences. When as a gatekeeper, I can create a closed container for each and everyone that joins me to access exactly what their soul needs at that time.

Experiences shared can either be a release through tears, a healing from higher beings, a deep sleep, a connection with a loved one that has passed away, or the amazing feeling of unconditional love that only your soul can give you.

Everything that I went through with IBS was a blessing in disguise so I could face all my emotions that came from the pain; not being able to fall asleep, social discomfort, sadness, not being able to even eat or even scared of eating sometimes, it all made me decide to live fully in the present, and in a slower pace. In a place where I could allow all my emotions to come in and digest one at a time to find my inner wonders.

There are times we don’t know why certain things are happening in our lives, but just give it time, start connecting the dots backward, and it all starts to make sense. We start seeing the divine presence in everything that happens in our life and learn that we are exactly where we are supposed to be.

I could be anything I wanted to be, and now I decided to hear my soul’s calling and play the singing bowls. The work that I do is not just for me or you, it is to honor all those that came before me, my ancestors, and everyone that comes after me through the generations. This work ripples through time and space, and its power comes from being played from my heart in connection with my soul.
